Cool slightly. Makes about 1-1\/2 cups.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"recPrep\"><span>2.<\/span>Preheat griddle or large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; spray with cooking spray. In large bowl, whisk eggs, banana, milk and vanilla extract.
