Set oven to 350\u00b0 and bake until crisp, approximately 20-25 minutes. Transfer cooked bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to soak up excess grease. Cool and tear bacon into pieces.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"recPrep\"><span>2.<\/span>Arrange spinach, grapes, onion, avocado, pecans and bacon in a large salad bowl or serving dish.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"recPrep\"><span>3.<\/span>In a small bowl, whisk Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper until blended.
