Add chicken, peppers and onion; cook 6 minutes or until chicken is browned. Add pasta sauce, Neufch\u00e2tel cheese and cooking water; cook 6 minutes or until Neufch\u00e2tel cheese melts and internal temperature of chicken reaches 165\u02da, stirring constantly. Stir in pasta; cook 1 minute or until heated through, stirring frequently.
