Onion<\/span><br \/>\n Thinly slice 3 large yellow onions. Heat 1 tablespoon Weis Quality Canola Oil in a large skillet with 2-inch-high sides over medium-high heat; add onions and cook 10 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook 20 minutes or until very soft and dark brown, stirring occasionally.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"recPrep\"><span>+ 2. Lemon juice<\/span><br \/>\nSqueeze 2 tablespoons juice from 1 lemon. Stir lemon juice and 1\/4 cup water into skillet with onions; cook 2 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
