In a small microwave-safe bowl, heat chocolate chips in microwave oven on high 1 minute or until melted, stirring every 20 seconds; stir in oil. Fill cupcake liners with half the chocolate mixture; refrigerate 30 minutes.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"recPrep\"><span>2.<\/span>In a small saucepan, heat strawberries, honey and 2 tablespoons water to a simmer over medium heat; reduce heat to low and cook 10 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Refrigerate cups 1 hour or until chocolate hardens.
