Sweet-Spicy Mustard Marinade

2 garlic cloves, minced
1/3 cup Weis Quality Original Yellow Mustard
3 tablespoons Weis Quality Apple Cider Vinegar
3 tablespoons Weis Quality Dark Brown Sugar
3 tablespoons Weis Quality 100% Pure Honey
1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
1.In small saucepot, heat oil over medium-low heat; add garlic and cook 30 seconds or until fragrant, stirring frequently. Whisk in mustard, vinegar, sugar, honey and pepper; cook 2 minutes or until sugar and honey dissolve, stirring frequently. Transfer to large bowl; cool completely.

Dietitian Tip:
Use marinade on 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thighs or pork tenderloin. Marinate protein in a large zip-top plastic bag in the refrigerator for 2 to 6 hours; let stand at room temperature 30 minutes before cooking. Discard used marinade.
