Hoisin Noodle Stir-Fry with Chicken

Cook: 8 minutes • Makes: 4 (1-3/4 cup) servings
1/3cup hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon jarred minced garlic
1 tablespoon Weis Quality Canola Oil
1 pound Weis Quality Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into 1/4-inch-thick strips
1 package (12 ounces) broccoli slaw
1/4cup thinly sliced green onion
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1.Prepare pasta as label directs; drain, return to saucepot and cover.
2.In a medium bowl, whisk hoisin, vinegar, sesame oil, garlic and 1/2 cup water.
3.In a large skillet, heat canola oil over medium-high heat; add chicken and cook 5 minutes or until browned, stirring frequently. Add broccoli slaw and hoisin mixture; cook 3 minutes or until slaw is wilted and internal temperature of chicken reaches 165°, stirring frequently. Add linguine; toss to coat. Makes about 7 cups.
4.Serve linguine mixture topped with green onion and sesame seeds.
