Filipino Stir-Fried Shrimp & Noodles

Makes: 4 (2 cup) servings

1/2 (13.25 ounce) box uncooked Weis Quality Whole Grain Thin Spaghetti
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 bag (12 ounces) Mann’s® Broccoli Cole Slaw
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 medium green or red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/2 medium white onion, thinly sliced
36Weis Quality Large Cooked Peeled and Deveined 51-60 Count Shrimp, thawed and tails removed
2 tablespoons Weis Quality Less Sodium Soy Sauce
4 green onions, thinly sliced
4 lemon wedges

1.Prepare pasta as label directs.

2.In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add broccoli cole slaw, garlic, pepper and onion; cook 4 minutes or until tender-crisp, stirring occasionally. Add shrimp, soy sauce, pasta and 1/4 cup water; cook 2 minutes or until heated through, stirring frequently. Makes about 8 cups.

3.Serve pasta mixture garnished with green onions and lemon wedges.
