Prosciutto & Parmesan Phyllo-Wrapped Asparagus

1. Olive Oil Cooking Spray
Preheat oven to 450°. Line a rimmed baking pan with parchment paper; spray with Weis Quality Olive Oil Cooking Spray.
+ 2. Asparagus
Wash and trim 12 asparagus spears.
+ 3. Prosciutto
Wrap each asparagus spear with 1 slice of prosciutto (an Italian dry-cured ham located in the Deli Department), leaving about 3/4-inch on the top and bottom of each asparagus spear uncovered.
+ 4. Phyllo Dough
Working with 1 (9 x 14-inch) sheet of phyllo dough at a time (keeping remaining sheets covered with a clean, damp towel), cut sheet lengthwise in half; spray with cooking spray.
+ 5. Grated Parmesan Cheese
Sprinkle each half sheet with 1/2 teaspoon Weis Quality Grated Parmesan Cheese. Place 1 asparagus spear on short end of each half sheet; roll up and place seam-side down on prepared pan. Repeat with 5 more phyllo dough sheets and remaining asparagus spears. Spray phyllo-wrapped asparagus with cooking spray; sprinkle with 1 tablespoon cheese and bake 10 minutes or until golden brown.
