Prep: 15 minutes • Grill: 14 minutes
Makes: 4 (1 burger) servings

1 pound Weis Quality 96% Extra Lean Ground Beef
1/4teaspoon Weis Quality Iodized Salt
1/4teaspoon Weis Quality Ground Black Pepper
Weis Quality Nonstick Olive Oil Cooking Spray
4 slices baby Swiss cheese
4 (1/2-inch-thick) heirloom tomato slices

4 whole wheat hamburger buns or Canyon Bakehouse Gluten-Free Burger Buns
1 cup packed Weis Quality Baby Sweet Lettuce Blend
1/4cup Opa by Litehouse® Avocado Cilantro Greek Yogurt Salad Dressing

1.Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat. In a large bowl, gently mix beef, salt and pepper; do not overmix. Form beef mixture into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties; spray with cooking spray.

2.Place patties on hot grill rack; cover and cook 10 minutes or until internal temperature of burgers reaches 160°, turning once. About 2 minutes before burgers are done, top with cheese; transfer burgers to cutting board and loosely cover with aluminum foil.

3.Spray both sides of tomatoes and onions and cut sides of buns with cooking spray; place onions on hot grill rack, cover and cook 2 minutes. Place tomatoes and buns, cut side down, on hot grill rack and turn onions; cover and cook 3 minutes or until grill marks appear on vegetables, and buns are lightly toasted.

4.Serve burgers in buns topped with onions, lettuce, tomatoes and dressing.
