Feta-Stuffed Beef Burgers

Grill: 10 minutes Makes: 4 (1 burger) servings
1/3 cup Weis Signature Collection Crumbled Feta Cheese
1 teaspoon Weis Quality Dried Oregano Leaves
Nonstick cooking spray
4 brioche whole-grain hamburger buns
1/4 cup tzatziki sauce
1 Roma tomato, thinly sliced
1/4 cup Weis Quality Hot Banana Pepper Rings
1.Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat. In large bowl, gently mix beef, cheese and oregano; do not overmix. Form beef mixture into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties; spray with cooking spray.
2.Place patties on hot grill rack; cover and cook 10 minutes or until internal temperature of burgers reaches 160°, turning once. About 2 minutes before burgers are done, place buns, cut side down, on hot grill rack; cover and cook 2 minutes or until buns are toasted.
3.Spread tzatziki sauce on cut sides of bottom buns; serve burgers in buns topped with tomato and peppers.
