Roasted Apple & Brussels Sprouts Salad

1/3 cup Weis Quality Chopped Walnuts
1 large Granny Smith apple, halved, cored and chopped
1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
2 teaspoons Weis Quality Pure Olive Oil
1/2teaspoon chopped fresh sage
1/4teaspoon McCormick® Ground Nutmeg
1/4teaspoon Weis Quality Iodized Salt
1 tablespoon Weis Quality 100% Pure Honey

1.Preheat oven to 400°. In a large skillet, toast walnuts over medium-high heat 4 minutes or until lightly browned and fragrant, stirring frequently; transfer to a plate to cool.

2.In a large bowl, toss apple, Brussels sprouts, oil, sage, nutmeg and salt; spread on rimmed baking sheet. Roast 20 minutes or until golden brown and tender; transfer to large bowl. Add honey and toss. Garnish with walnuts and serve.
