“Candy Corn” Fruit & Yogurt Parfaits

Makes: 4 (1 parfait) servings
1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
1 cup drained and rinsed Mandarin orange segments in light syrup
1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
Garnish with seasonal-colored sprinkles or candy corns, if desired
1.In a medium bowl, toss banana and pineapple.
2.In 4 (8-ounce) parfait glasses or jars, layer banana mixture, orange segments and yogurt; garnish with seasonal sprinkles or candy corns, if desired.
