Antipasto Sausage & Zoodle Salad

1 pound zucchini noodles
1/2 pound fully cooked Italian chicken sausage, sliced crosswise
1/2 (8-ounce) package fresh mozzarella pearls, drained
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1/4 cup pitted Kalamata olives, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
2 tablespoons Weis Quality Olive Oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon salt-free dried Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon Weis Quality Pure Ground Black Pepper
Sliced pepperoncini for garnish (optional)
