PB & Berry Chia Snack Bars
Prep: 10 minutes plus chilling • Makes: 16 (1 bar) servings
2 cups Weis Quality Old-Fashioned Oats
1cup Weis Quality Creamy Peanut Butter
1/2cup dried blueberries
1/3cup dried cherries
1/4cup dark chocolate chips
1/4cup dry roasted shelled sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2teaspoon Weis Quality Ground Cinnamon
1.Line an 8-inch square baking dish with aluminum foil so that foil extends about 2 inches over sides of pan; spray with cooking spray.
2.In a large bowl, stir all ingredients; firmly press into prepared dish and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
3.Using overhanging sides of foil, lift bar out of dish; remove foil and cut into 16 squares. Refrigerate bars in airtight container with parchment between layers up to 2 weeks.
