Crunchy Broccoli and Apple Slaw

Prep: 15 minutes plus chilling • Makes: 10 (3/4 cup) servings

2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon finely chopped shallot
1 tablespoon Weis Quality 100% Pure Honey
1 tablespoon Weis Quality Stone Ground Dijon Mustard
1/4 teaspoon Weis Quality Iodized Salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup Pompeian® Smooth Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 packages (12 ounces each) broccoli slaw
1 Gala apple, halved, cored and sliced
3/4 cup golden raisins
3/4 cup unsalted sunflower seeds

1. In medium bowl, whisk vinegar, shallot, honey, mustard, salt and pepper; whisking constantly, slowly drizzle in oil until emulsified. Fold in broccoli slaw, apple, raisins and sunflower seeds; cover and refrigerate at least 1 or up to 4 hours before serving. Makes about 8 cups.
