Mini Turkey Meatloaves

2Weis Quality Large Eggs
1-1/2pounds Weis Quality 93% Lean Ground Turkey
2garlic cloves, minced
1/2cup chopped green and/or red bell pepper
1/4cup Weis Quality Fat-Free Milk
3tablespoons chopped white onion
3tablespoons Weis Quality Old-Fashioned Oats
1/2teaspoon Weis Quality Iodized Salt
1/2teaspoon Weis Quality Ground Black Pepper
1/4cup Weis Organics Ketchup
1.Preheat oven to 350°. Spray medium baking sheet with cooking spray.
2.In a large bowl, whisk eggs; gently mix in turkey, garlic, bell pepper, milk, onion, oats, salt and black pepper until just combined. Shape turkey mixture into 4 even loaves and place on prepared baking sheet.
3.Bake meatloaves 15 minutes; brush tops with ketchup. Bake 15 minutes more or until internal temperature reaches 165°.
