Air Fryer Honey-Balsamic Brussels Sprouts

Cook/Air Fry: 10 minutes • Makes: 4 (3/4 cup) servings
4 cups trimmed and quartered Brussels sprouts
1 tablespoon Weis Quality Pure Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Weis Quality Balsamic Vinegar
1 tablespoon Weis Quality 100% Pure Honey
1/4cup crumbled reduced fat feta cheese
1.Preheat 3-quart air fryer to 400° for 5 minutes. In large skillet, cook bacon over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until crisp, stirring occasionally; with slotted spoon, transfer to paper towel-lined plate.
2.In large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts and oil; air fry 10 minutes or until golden brown and crisp, stirring once.
3.In large bowl, whisk vinegar and honey. Add bacon and Brussels sprouts; toss to coat. Makes about 3 cups.
4.Serve Brussels sprouts mixture sprinkled with cheese.
