Chicken & Veggie Wraps with Ranch

Prep: 20 minutes • Makes: 4 (1 wrap) servings

4 (8-inch) lower sodium whole wheat tortillas (such as Ortega®)
1/2 cup Full Circle Organic Ranch Dressing
4 large bibb lettuce leaves
1 medium avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
1 1/4 cups chopped skinless rotisserie chicken breast meat
1 cup sliced red and/or yellow bell pepper
1/2 cup 3-inch-long carrot sticks
1/2 cup chopped cucumber

1. Place tortillas on work surface; spread with dressing. Layer lettuce, avocado, chicken, bell pepper, carrots and cucumber in center of tortillas; roll up and cut each wrap in half.
