Spaghetti with Hearty Turkey Sauce

Cook: 20 minutes • Makes: 8 (1 1/2 ounces spaghetti, 3/4 cup turkey sauce) servings
1/2 medium green bell pepper, diced
1/2 small onion, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. Weis Quality Pure Olive Oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 lbs. Weis Quality 93% Fresh Ground Turkey
1 jar (24 ounces) Francesco Rinaldi® Organic Basil Sauce
Grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley (optional)
1. Heat large covered saucepan of salted water to boiling over high heat. Add spaghetti and cook as label directs; drain and return to saucepan.
2. Meanwhile, heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Add bell
pepper, onion and oil, and cook 3 minutes or until onion is soft, stirring occasionally. Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Add turkey and cook 5 minutes or until turkey is browned, stirring occasionally.
3. Stir in sauce and cook 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
4. Serve turkey mixture over spaghetti topped with cheese and
parsley, if desired.
